Where is the event?

Do I need a ticket?
Yes. We would advise buying online and in advance to benefit from the reduced entry price and to be an exhibitor.
Where do I buy the ticket?
What does my ticket get me?
The opportunity of being part of the Rustival vehicular display. As well as access to the incredible exhibits in the museum (and of course the toilets and cafe). Youtubers, Workshops, Trade stands and all the fun of the day also included.
Prebooking your ticket means all the above at a discounted rate!
Please note: you must book an exhibitor ticket to be part of the exhibitor display.
What do I need to bring on the day?
You need to bring your ticket (which will be emailed to you once purchased through British Motor Museum) and if you’re parking in VDP, you will need to bring your VDP parking pass which will be emailed to you by 20th September 2024.
We do ask guests to print the passes where they can as this helps the museum keep the traffic flowing quickly and smoothly. At our first event we had a maximum of eight cars queueing at once – let’s see if we can get that number lower for this event!
Is the site accessible?
The British Motor Museum prides itself on its accessibility. It offers a range of facilities to help with any additional needs you may have.
Is there a cafe on site?
Junction 12, the cafe on site, offers a range of hot and cold meals as well as drinks and snacks.
They have a five star hygiene rating and can cater for a range of dietary needs.

There are also food vans outside serving hot and cold drinks plus snacks and burgers, rolls and take away options.
What if I want to bring along a large vehicle?
Absolutely fine! We are big bus and truck fans so bring them along. All we ask is that you drop an email to hello@rustival.co.uk before the event so that we can find you the perfect spot.
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are welcome in the grounds but must be on a lead of no more than three metres. Please clean up after your dog.
Dogs, aside from assistance, guide dogs and hearing dogs are forbidden from entering the museum and collections centre.
More information can be found in the Museum’s FAQs
Are there toilets on site?
There are several accessible toilets on site both outside in the car park (to the far right hand side of the car park in front of the museum) and within the museum itself. All toilets outside are non-gender specific with wheelchair access. Toilets are also available inside the museum.
Is there camping on site?
There isn’t any camping on site for Rustival. However we would recommend sites such as pitchup.com to find somewhere nearby.
Can I buy merchandise at Rustival?
Absolutely – We hope to have a broad range of merchandise as well as traders operating on site. HubNut, Furious Driving and idriveaclassic will all be accepting both cash and card payments. Change is always useful to us!
You can even buy your exclusive Rustival merchandise in advance and collect it on the day.
